Expert Statement
Through a combination of her expertise in discourse analysis, ethnographic research, narrative approach, and experimental methodology Ghorashi has been able set up a productive research sub-program (Identities, Diversity and Inclusion) within the department of Sociology. The members of this group managed to have an influential contribution in ongoing discussions on migrants’/refugees inclusion and diversity discourse/management in organization and beyond. Ghorashi has been involved in the supervision of various reports and PhD dissertations on societally urgent topics, including the reception
