Mijn expertise ligt primair op het gebied van inspanning/stress en herstel. Deze thema’s bestudeer ik vooral in de context van werk en organisaties. Hieraan gerelateerde thema’s zijn onder meer werkdruk/prestatiedruk (ook onder studenten), werk-prive balans, en bewegen en slaap als onderdeel van een gezonde leefstijl.
