Expert Statement

My research is at the interface between international political economy, public policy analysis, and philosophy. Empirically, I focus on the institutionalization of property rights in multi-level systems, ranging from the local to the global level, and including the digital world. I am interested in the interplay between international norm-making, transnational self-regulation, and domestic implementation patterns, most notably in highly dynamic contexts such as emerging economies and the internet.
