Expert Statement
My expertise centers on the analysis of financial and health behavior, as well as on rigorous quantitative impact evaluations of development programs in low- and middle-income countries. I have extensive experience in designing and coordinating interdisciplinary research programs in the areas of global health and development. My research includes behavioral, experimental and micro-econometric analyses of (i) access to health care and health insurance, (ii) sexual and reproductive health, (iii) intra-household decision-making, polygamy, domestic violence, and (iv) global mental health.
